Customisation
Customisation is a site's ability to modify itself to or be modified by each user. For amazon the dimension of customisation is personalisation. Personalisation can allow users to specify their preferences in content selection, context selection and personalised tools. Example for amazon provides changing account setting, login registration such as "your account" provides with your "email-address" and "sign in".
